Bacon, eggs, and artichoke hearts! Delicioso. The artichoke hearts are my new favorite find from Trader Joe’s – I almost feel like I’m cheating by avoiding all the work of eating them whole! And, no goofy citric acid taste like you get with the canned ones. We just heated them up in the leftover bacon fat (after cooking the eggs in it too).
French press coffee in the background! Our moka pot is currently out of commission, so we’re back to the French press for the time being. First world problems 🙂
